With Maintenance and Mechanical Engineering services being offered to a variety of clients across the Mining, Mineral Processing, Power Generation, and Heavy Manufacturing Industries of Australia, Broadsight has the ability to transfer improvement ideas and maintenance solutions between the specific industries of our clients.

Assignments recently undertaken include Dragline shutdown co-ordination & planning ($25 Million Project), Coal Processing Plant construction & maintenance shutdown activities, mine equipment maintenance strategy reviews on various fixed and mobile equipment to improve upon the performance of the maintenance function and therefore the reliability of the equipment at the mine, and “On the Job” coaching of engineering staff to develop their practical engineering abilities and advance their approach to maintenance management.

Improvement initiatives for condition monitoring programs and condition based maintenance strategies have also been recently established and implemented for a Bulk Materials Handling Facility, as well as the preparation of project cost estimates for an upgrade in the capacity of a Mineral Processing Plant ($32 Million Project).
